My amazing husband arranged to drop me off with my grandparents next week so I have enough help. I just cried typing that. He is so self-less and always plans so that I am taken care of...even though I know he will miss us terribly. What an amazing man and amazing family I have. I am so lucky.
Oh my gosh. All these emotions... How about a funny story? So, we decided that we should use our sound machine last night and maybe Joseph would sleep a little better. He tends to love sleeping on everyone's chest, so we decided to go with the heartbeat. Well, it didn't really help, but it made Anthony keep waking up, thinking someone was chasing him because it sounds like footsteps. Talk about cracking up in the middle of the night as he's telling me this. So, we switched it to white noise and I don't know if that's what helped, but we sure did get a few hours in!
Yes, the boy has a pink soothie. I thought he would like a Nuk, but he wouldn't keep it in. So, I had to go through every pacifier I had saved in the cabinet from Madeline.haha.
