Happy Halloween!

Our Halloween night was a success! Madeline wanted to eat every single thing that was placed in her bucket at first, but then she got the hang of it and was even saying, "Have a good night!" after thanking them for the candy.hehe. What a cutie!! I love how much she uses her manners. *smile*
Joseph was happy because he was being worn the whole time.haha.

Welp, here's the pictures....
Yes. Our little girl now pops out her hip and places a hand on it when modeling.haha!!!

Ariel and her friend, Sebastian! (kinda...the lobster was cuter)

 Lobster in the pot...

SO READY for trick or treating!!
My cuties. Yep, I was the chef! hehe.
 And handsome King Neptune!...
So proud that Madeline went right up to the spookiest house and trick or treated. No big deal to this tough chick.

why am I not 100 lbs??

It's after 10:30, I'm exhausted, my feet ache and I'm sitting down for the first time today....I didn't even sit down to eat. And I really shouldn't have even sat down right now because there's so much that needs to be done. Ugh. So, the main question on my mind is...why am I not 100 lbs?? Seriously, how can someone as active as this be so fluffy? It doesn't make a damn bit of sense.
So, why haven't I sat down? Stay at home moms just lounge around all day, right? I'll punch you right now.
My kids have been very demanding lately....I think they're feeding off of each other, trying to suck the life out of me. It's working. My husband keeps joking that I've created a monster by wearing Joseph so much because he seriously doesn't want to be put down. I'm wearing my hefty baby boy constantly....AGAIN, why am I not 100 lbs?? Did you know that with my height 100 lbs would be healthy? HA! It will never happen, but I found that to be interesting...I am much more than that. I'm also much more than a number...just trying to figure out what my energy is burning because it's sure not fat. Maybe sanity?? haha.
I've started going back to the gym regularly...like my muscles are in pain every minute of the day regular. I've found that the real workout is actually getting the kids out of the door and into the gym care before the class starts. Oh, and then carrying them both out because Madeline never wants to leave...that's always awesome. A gal I workout with actually laughed when she saw me, infant in sling and toddler over my shoulder, and said "whose idea was it to have kids anyway?'.haha. I found it to be hilarious as I was super moming it out of the gym. And REALLY, why am I not 100 lbs?? I get a workout BEFORE and AFTER my actual workout.
Mealtime during the day (not including dinner, when we usually all sit down together) is my time to either get something done that I don't want Madeline all over or to nurse Joseph. I usually just grab an apple or banana or 1/4 of whatever Madeline is having as I'm passing by. So, do I even need to ask the question anymore?

Well, tonight we had the town parade. Anthony had one of his trucks it, so he really wanted us there. I had every intention on finding a spot, watching the parade and letting Madeline grab candy that's thrown from the paraders, but then we stopped by to see Anthony and we became part of the parade. It was fun giving the candy out...although some children were pretty intense, yelling CANDY at us. Then I couldn't make eye contact with any of them without walking a piece of candy over to make sure they got it. I tried to search for the children that didn't have overflowing bags or the ones with awesome costumes, or even elderly people appreciated it....I put way too much thought into the candy throwing.haha. I walked the parade, was wearing a baby and on my feet for 3 hours...why in the hell am I not 100 lbs??

How about that four month wakeful? Yep, still going strong. Awesome.

Oh, and Madeline told me I was no longer her best friend today...now Joseph is. *sigh*

Cuddling with Mommy.

The look on Joseph's face when he's not the one being cuddled.

Ready to be in the parade!!

Oh, just nursing in the trash truck...that's a first.

I'm sure there's a bazillion typos in this....I'm exhausted. Oh well! Good night & Happy Haunting tomorrow! Hopefully I'll get on to post the kids costumes.hehe.

Kicking off our week of Halloween fun!!

We went away to our favorite fun, little Ocean City resort this weekend to kick off our week of Halloween fun.

Playing in the pool.

Madeline loved this goblin that was stuck in the mirror...he was yelling for help.

The Shark...

Getting dry and warm.
                                                                   Pirate & Tinkerbell!

Then we made a stop in Delaware to celebrate my Pop's birthday. It was so nice to have almost everyone together.

Today, we cleaned out our pumpkins....or I should say I cleaned out our pumpkins. Madeline did not want to have anything to do with it...she hates getting messy, like Anthony. I'm hoping to change that soon. Messy is fun.
This activity was much more her style.

Then, we put our little guy IN the biggest pumpkin!! Just like I did with Joshua and Madeline. I loved putting all of the pictures side by side. Madeline and Joseph are pretty much identical.

After Anthony came home, we headed over to the Herr's factory for trick or treating and a tractor hayride.
Cowboy & Indian (Pocahontas)

Fun filled couple of days!! Plenty more to come! Kicking off our week of Halloween fun!!
